Straight from the South, designer and owner Carley Ochs started making bangles for friends and family after she discovered a market of fabulous gems and stones while abroad in Shanghai. Ochs' design was to hand make souvenirs for her friends from the jade she stumbled upon while in China. As a result, the first Bourbon and Boweties bangle was born! Since then, Bourbon and Boweties has made its mark and is continuously growing as a jewelry line that will forever be, "Made by Proud Southern Hands."
