When you first walk in GLOW, you're more than likely going to suddenly become fascinated, and maybe a bit overwhelmed, with all of the products we have to offer. 

While the life of a "Glow Girl" seems to be all fun and glamorous, there's a lot of hard work and behind-the-scene tasks that make it that way.

Throughout a work day, there are many behind-the-scene jobs that take place. Some of these jobs include entering inventory, pricing items, cleaning, and most importantly, making sure all checks/money orders are available upon request of the companies that are shipping us all of our fabulous inventory.

Our Glow Girls' top priority is customer satisfaction. Whether you're needing to figure out your ring size, searching for the perfect gift, or needing to be matched for your makeup color, we are here to provide you with the assistance you need to have an enjoyable shopping trip.

One way we like to reward our loyal customers is by mailing them a discount card as a token of our appreciation. Next time you shop with us, at checkout, be sure we have all of your contact information updated, so we can add you to our mailing list.

If you're a frequent GLOW shopper, you know that we often rearrange the store. Doing so allows room for all of our new inventory, making sure it finds its perfect place on the shelves.

The Glow Girls make sure each customer's receipt has all the details it needs for any exchanges/returns. GLOW enforces a 7 day return policy, and provides store credit only. On each receipt, you will find the following information:

• Glow's contact information
• The date and time of your visit
• The name of the Glow Girl who assisted you
• A description and the price of each item purchased
• Glow's return policy
